Litigation Attorney (Florida-Licensed) Remote | South Florida | Competitive Compensation + Bonus We are a boutique, litigation-focused personal injury law firm seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for a lawyer who wants i ncreasing responsibility, meaningful courtroom exposure, and long-term growth in a fast-paced environment . We care about excellence and accountability. The Role You will handle cases from inception through resolution with hands-on responsibility (with oversight and assistance from other lawyers). These functions include the following: Investigate when a case comes in Draft the complaint Draft and pursue discovery Draft and manage motions Take depositions Argue motions Work directly with clients Collaborate closely with partners on litigation strategy Communicate with our partners, clients, referring attorneys, defense counsel This is a primarily remote position . Candidates must reside in South Florida and be available for occasional in-person meetings, hearings, or proceedings. To stay aligned, our legal team meets daily via Zoom to coordinate priorities and workflow. We mentor through daily Zoom meetings, meetings with Jack Hickey and other partners, prescribed books, our own policies and procedures, trial lawyer webinars, trial lawyer seminars, and other programs. Who We're Looking For Required Licensed to practice law in Florida At least 5 years in practice, with a minimum of 3 years in civil litigation Strong research and writing skills Demonstrated ability to manage cases Professional judgment, responsiveness, and attention to detail
