A growing real estate organization is seeking a full-time Landlord–Tenant Collections Attorney to join its in-house legal team. This role supports a high-volume practice focused on eviction proceedings, collections, and related litigation matters. Key Responsibilities: Guide clients through all stages of the eviction process with clear, practical advice Provide legal counsel via phone, email, and virtual consultations Draft and review legal documents, including notices, pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements Conduct legal research, manage case strategy, and prepare for hearings and trials Represent clients in court, including arguing motions and negotiating settlements Collaborate with internal teams to move cases efficiently toward resolution Maintain organized case files and ensure timely communication with clients, courts, and staff Conduct investigations, discovery, and prepare exhibits for legal proceedings Qualifications: 2–4+ years of litigation experience (required) Background in landlord–tenant law, collections, commercial litigation, or bankruptcy preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Compensation Details : $145,000 - $175,000 base salary
