The client is a San Diego-based law practice specializing in employment law. The mission is to help companies create great places to work and support their employment law needs. This is achieved through meaningful relationships with clients, developing individualized workplace strategies, providing training and educational opportunities, defending clients in litigation, and being there for day-to-day counseling and when legal representation is needed. Overview The client is looking for a full-time Legal Assistant who can provide high-level legal and administrative support for attorneys, performing a variety of litigation support and administrative functions, as well as manage the reception desk. Areas Of Focus Litigation Support Administrative Support Reception A top candidate will be someone with at least three (3) years of legal assistant experience who has supported either employment law or civil litigation attorneys. A top candidate will be proactive in their approach, continuously looking to make the workplace a better place, and is collaborative, kind and confident in performing Legal Assistant responsibilities.
