Litigation Legal Assistant

Bennett Tueller Johnson & Deere (BTJD) seeks a detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys in our Legal & Regulatory Compliance department. You will manage case files, draft and format pleadings, prepare discovery responses, coordinate filings in state and federal courts, and maintain litigation calendars and deadlines. The role includes client communication, e-filing, trial preparation, and coordinating with outside parties.
