Job Description
LHH is looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Labor & Employment Legal Assistant to join a busy and fast-moving litigation team in Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic practice area where no two days look the same and your support directly impacts case outcomes. In this role, you will support attorneys handling a wide range of labor and employment matters, including workplace discrimination, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination claims, and agency proceedings. You’ll be a key player in keeping cases on track, deadlines tight, and attorneys prepared at every stage of litigation.
