An established law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Paralegal to join their Newport News, VA office. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of private family law litigation experience. Familiarity with Virginia's 9th Judicial Circuit (York County, Williamsburg, Gloucester). Skilled in preparing proffers, pleadings, and discovery. Ability to work full-time onsite. Proficient with Clio, Excel, Outlook, and Lexis.
