Role Description We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, on-site position in Los Angeles, CA. The litigation paralegal will handle legal document preparation, perform document review and legal research, and assist in drafting pleadings and motions. The role involves supporting attorneys in case management, maintaining case files, and coordinating case-related activities to ensure effective and efficient legal proceedings. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing legal documents and reviewing them for accuracy and compliance Experience in conducting legal research to support case development and legal strategies Knowledge of drafting pleadings and motions Strong organizational and case management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
