Their experienced legal team takes pride in providing strong advocacy and legal support in some of the most challenging cases. Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting attorneys both in the office and in court. The position requires deep experience in preparing and executing various legal cases. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, reviewing case files, conducting medical and legal research, and preparing pleadings and motions for litigation. In addition, the paralegal will work with legal counsel to maintain case files, manage deadlines, and assist in trial preparation. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Fort Lee, NJ office, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery packages. Experience in Document Review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the New Jersey Court Rules. Competence in preparing and filing Pleadings and Motions in compliance with court rules Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with legal case management programs such as File Vine. Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification preferred, with prior experience in litigation and personal injury law as a plus
