Litigation Paralegal – Probate & Trust Litigation What We’re Looking For: 0–5 years of civil, probate, or family litigation experience (3–5 years preferred) This position is a strong opportunity for: Someone early in their litigation career looking to deepen their practical skills and knowledge A paralegal who wants meaningful hands-on experience in contested probate and trust litigation Someone looking for a long-term professional home within a collaborative and growing firm This position is ideal for someone looking to deepen their litigation experience and grow long term within a firm that values mentorship, responsibility, organization, and professional development. What You’ll Do Manage and calendar litigation and probate deadlines Draft and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery, and probate filings Conduct procedural research (California Rules of Court, Probate Code, CCP) Prepare discovery, subpoenas, and deposition materials Coordinate and assemble trial binders (digital and physical) Track exhibits and witness lists Communicate with clients regarding procedural updates Participate in weekly case strategy meetings Support attorneys in structured trial preparation teams You will be expected to manage multiple active cases while maintaining organized digital files and accurate deadline tracking.
