Litigation Paralegal

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in delivering exceptional client service in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Obtain and manage client documents, including conducting background checks and obtaining authenticated records Draft legal documents for attorney review, including motions, orders, and discovery responses Assist in trial preparation by managing exhibits, witness lists, and coordinating witness preparation meetings Required Qualifications Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience Labor and employment litigation experience required Extensive knowledge of litigation and trial procedures, as well as court rules Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
