Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities and health management. Responsibilities Monitor and observe patients closely to identify changes in health status or behavior, ensuring timely intervention when necessary Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and document medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Perform medical procedures including catheter care, vital signs measurement, and basic wound care as trained Support clients with memory care needs related to Alzheimer's disease and dementia through engagement and safety measures Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support while respecting client preferences and privacy standard Ensure a safe living environment by adhering to safety protocols Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring memory care is essential Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration Join us in making a difference by providing heartfelt care that empowers clients to live comfortably at home.
