LIVE-IN CAREGIVER - Brooklyn Heights Private Suite Seeking a reliable, kind, and experienced live-in caregiver for an 80-year-old woman living in Brooklyn Heights.The ideal candidate is patient, warm, and compassionate, and able to communicate clearly in English.This position is best suited for someone who enjoys caregiving and can provide steady, dependable support and companionship to a senior with some cognitive impairment.Important:The senior is fully able-bodied and independent in daily physical activities.She is able to walk without a cane, walker, or wheelchair, and eats, bathes, dresses, and uses the bathroom independently.There are no significant mobility limitations.The role focuses primarily on support, supervision, medication reminders, companionship, and household help, rather than physical caregiving.Duties include:Assisting with daily medications (typically twice per day or as needed) Preparing simple, healthy meals Light housekeeping and household organization Providing companionship and a calm, supportive presence Basic administrative help and clear communication about daily care Schedule & Compensation:Full-time live-in position 6 days per week on call, 1 day off $75,000 annual salary Up to 2 weeks paid vacation per year Private accommodations provided:comfortable bedroom with private ensuite bathroom in a beautiful Brooklyn Heights apartment Additional Perk:Caregiver may keep a small dog (under 15 pounds) in the home if the dog is well-trained, quiet, and does not bark excessively Requirements:Fluent or strong English communication Warm, patient, and positive personality Highly dependable and responsible Prior caregiving experience preferred Excellent references required To Apply:Please reply and include:Your name and phone number A brief description of your caregiving experience Your current availability Two professional references Serious inquiries only.We are looking for someone who can become a trusted, steady presence in the home.Pay:$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:Paid orientation Paid time off Work Location:In person.
