The Role We are looking for a confident, energetic on-camera personality to host live shopping experiences on TikTok. Think QVC-style hosting — but for a modern, fast-paced digital audience. You will be the face of our live shows, presenting products, engaging with viewers in real-time, and driving sales through personality, storytelling, and product knowledge. Employment Type: Full-time or Part-Time in-house Location: IN OFFICE — Timonium, MD (Sterling Forever HQ) Responsibilities Host live shopping sessions on TikTok — presenting products clearly, confidently, and engagingly Demonstrate and style jewelry pieces on camera Interact with live viewers — answering questions, calling out comments, and driving engagement Drive urgency and conversions during live sessions Collaborate with the production team to prepare for each live show Learn product details and brand messaging to confidently speak on all items What We're Looking For Strong on-camera presence — confident, engaging, and comfortable live Excellent communication and storytelling ability High energy and personality — able to hold attention for extended live sessions Sales-minded — understands how to convert viewers into customers Experience in hosting, retail, sales, or content creation is a plus Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Opportunity to grow within a rapidly scaling D2C brand Be part of a new and fast-growing live shopping initiative
