Role Description We are seeking a Livestream Operations Intern to join Genzest LLC in West Hollywood, CA. This is an on-site internship position . The intern will support day-to-day livestream operations, including assisting with broadcast setup, monitoring sessions, engaging with viewers, and coordinating with the team to ensure smooth execution. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in e-commerce livestreaming and digital operations. Job Type: Internship (Part-time approximately 10 hours/wk, On-site) Compensation: Paid internship $18/hourly rate Responsibilities Assist with setting up and monitoring livestream sessions Support hosts by arranging livestream scenes and product displays for optimal presentation Engage with viewers in a professional and interactive manner Collect and analyze livestream performance data to provide insights for optimization Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to improve livestream processes Learn and adapt quickly to new workflows and technical requirements Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience in sales, e-commerce, or live-streaming is a plus Knowledge of live-streaming platforms/software preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Current student or recent graduate in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred Additional Skills (Preferred, not required) Mandarin and English proficiency to support cross-team communication and audience engagement Ability to maintain an engaging on-camera presence during livestream sessions Creative sense for product presentation and visual arrangement
