Job Description
Summary The Loader plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely shipments to our customers.This position works closely with team members across Logistics and Inventory to verify that orders are accurate, properly staged, and meet quality standards before loading.The Loader helps maintain a smooth and efficient workflow by communicating with others and ensuring all product is safely and correctly loaded onto company, customer, or third-party carrier vehicles in compliance with shipping and safety procedures.Primary Responsibility Review orders previously selected by the Order Selectors to verify accuracy, completeness, and correct labeling.Report and resolve any discrepancies prior to shipping.Inspect all outgoing orders for quality and appearance according to company standards.Notify the immediate supervisor of any issues that may affect product quality or shipment.Inspect trailers prior to loading to ensure proper temperature, cleanliness, and safety (confirming tires are chocked and trailer is properly docked and secured as required).Complete all trailer inspection paperwork accurately.Load trailers according to driver or carrier specifications, ensuring loads are stable, safe, and in compliance with company and customer requirements.Verify that all product being loaded matches the corresponding picking list and sign off once the load has been checked.Ensure all required tags, labels, or identifiers are correctly applied or removed before loading.Maintain awareness of scheduled appointments for deliveries and pickups to support on-time order fulfillment.Support in handling returned or refused product in accordance with company procedures and supervisor direction.Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work area across the dock, cooler, and staging zones.Assist inventory with cycle counts or inventory verification as assigned.Follow all company safety rules, GMPs, and operational procedures.Report any unsafe conditions or equipment immediately to a supervisor.Restack or repalletize product as needed or when requested.This is considered a normal part of daily duties and must be done safely and efficiently.Perform other duties as assigned by the Managers or Supervisors in support of Warehouse operations.Requirements Basic math skills (add, subtract, divide and multiply).Must be able to lift, pull, push 50lbs.Forklift certification and experience.Produce experience and knowledge of customer experience.Must be fluent in English.Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.Must own and exercise company Core Values.Pay:$18.00 - $18.50 per hour Work Location:In person.
