Warehouse Loader / Container Loader Location: Jacksonville, FL – Onsite Duration: Approximately 4 months Schedule Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM 1st Shift / Day Shift Job Summary Seeking an experienced Warehouse Loader to support container and trailer loading operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must have prior Crown Pacer experience, container loading experience, and the ability to work across freezer, cold, and ambient temperature zones. Responsibilities Load containers and trailers using Crown Pacer equipment Perform pallet consolidation during loading operations Take photos of every two pallets loaded for documentation purposes Load shipping containers according to mapping and export instructions Verify shipments and ensure proper loading to prevent damage and maintain load stability Wrap pallets manually or by machine Unload and clean shipping containers as needed Operate stock trucks and mechanical jacks safely Hand-load products into shipping containers when required Follow export documentation and shipping procedures accurately Required Skills Prior experience operating Crown Pacer equipment Previous container/trailer loading experience Ability to work in freezer, cold, and normal warehouse environments Ability to lift 5–50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs when required Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic math and arithmetic skills Strong physical stamina and attention to detail Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment Preferred Qualifications 2–5 years of warehouse/loading experience High school diploma or equivalent Work Environment Temperature zones include freezer, cold dock (35°F), and ambient warehouse areas Candidates should dress in layers for varying temperatures In-person interview required
