Central Woodwork, Nashville is growing.We are looking for a responsible truck loader to work our 10AM-6:30PM shift loading millwork material at our facility.Material consists of windows, interior/exterior doors, mouldings, and other building supplies.This position reports to our Loading Supervisor.Requirements The required shift is 10AM-6:30PM, all loaders leave when the job is complete.Overtime is required if orders not complete and loaded by the end of the shift.Some Saturday work is required Must be on time and prompt for working assignments Must wear area specific PPE (safety glasses) and follow all safety rules and regulations Must be a team player and flexible in work assignments Must be able to read/write Must be able to use a tape measure Millwork experience is a plus Responsibilities The loader picks and audits orders by working from order sheets to build loads for transport, bulk and/or route trucks Must learn the functions of each department, as this position often works throughout the warehouse to gather the product Document what is being loaded for delivery Must work as a team to accomplish task in a timely manner Maintain quality control standards by checking items as loading Skills Required to lift and load up to 75 pounds Must be able to stand for long periods of time and able to bend and reach overhead Must be able to work under deadline pressure as organizational skills are the key to finding and providing material quickly Strive to increase knowledge of the product and the millwork business We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment.Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us..
