Loader Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Loader Operator to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and transport materials efficiently and safely. Your expertise in handling sand and gravel materials and knowledge of the loader will ensure smooth operations. This position offers a full time position with opportunity to branch off into other aspects of the sand and gravel buisness. Your hands-on approach and attention to safety will help maintain the highest standards of operational excellence. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and excavators to move load and unload materials Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure mechanical integrity and safety compliance Assist with maintenance tasks related to the equipment Support management efforts by safely handling materials and debris Follow all safety protocols during heavy lifting and equipment operation to prevent accidents Collaborate with team members to coordinate material movement efficiently across job sites Experience Prior experience operating heavy equipment required Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting essential Experience in loading sand and gravel products processes highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in various weather conditions Strong understanding of safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and industrial work sites Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and environmental regulations Join us in making a difference through impactful operational work!
