Loader / Unloader

Job Overview Fight Factory Gym is looking for a hardworking and dependable Loader / Unloader to support daily operational and facility needs. This role involves loading and unloading equipment, organizing deliveries, moving supplies, and helping maintain an efficient and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team setting. Responsibilities Load and unload shipments, gym equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently Move products and materials to designated storage areas Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining stock levels Inspect deliveries for accuracy and report damaged items Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout storage and loading areas Follow company safety procedures and workplace guidelines Support staff with general warehouse and facility tasks as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse, loading, or general labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work independently and with a team Good organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working in a physically active environment Pay: $22.20 - $22.80 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
