Responsibilities The Loan Analyst Senior has a specific and impactful function for our clients and UMB. This role is responsible for servicing loan syndications and participations. Senior Analysts act as liaisons between UMB loan officers and participating financial institutions. This position is responsible for ensuring loan information is accurate on the loan accounting core system and in reporting of the syndication and participation loan portfolio. You will use problem solving skills to determine what action needs to be taken to ensure loans are properly booked and payment is posted. You will need positive communication skills to share information with the Loan Coordinators and other institutions to ensure we are clear on what information is needed for loan processes. You will have strong time management skills to operate efficiently for loans and their deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3 years Commercial, Syndication and Participation loan experience Experience on core loan accounting software system Compensation Compensation Range: $51,480.00 - $99,330.00 The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is typically $59,598 to $99,330 annually. The selected candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay for the selected candidate may be above or below this range. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in one or more incentive plans based on company and individual performance.
