Job#: 3031787 Job Description: Job Title: Loan IQ Consultant Location: Charlotte, NC Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Contract Length: 12 Months – Opportunity for Extension and Conversion Pay Rate: $53/hour - $56/hour Note: We are unable to consider C2C or third-party submissions. Top Requirements: 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience supporting moderately complex initiatives. Demonstrated hands‑on experience using Loan IQ , including: Onboarding new credit facilities Processing loan bookings Setting up deal and facility structures Executing funding events Strong working knowledge of syndicated loan documentation , with ability to read and interpret: Credit agreements Term sheets Amendments Fee letters Solid understanding of syndicated lending products , including: Revolving credit facilities Term loans Delayed draw term loans Swinglines Letters of credit Multi‑currency structures Ability to analyze moderately complex execution challenges and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Plusses: Experience supporting large commercial or corporate banking portfolios . Prior exposure to high‑volume loan operations or credit administration environments . Strong Excel or operational reporting skills. Experience working in regulated financial services organizations . Job Summary: The Business Execution Consultant 3 will support moderately complex business execution initiatives related to syndicated lending operations , with a strong focus on Loan IQ execution and credit facility onboarding. This role involves reviewing loan documentation, configuring deal and facility structures, executing funding events, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards. The consultant will work closely with internal partners to resolve execution issues, contribute to operational planning, and support accurate loan processing in a fast‑paced environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Onboard new credit facilities in Loan IQ Process loan bookings and funding events Set up and maintain deal, facility, and tranche structures Review and interpret syndicated loan documentation Ensure loan setups align with deal terms and bank policies Analyze and resolve moderately complex execution issues Partner with internal stakeholders to meet business execution deliverables Support planning activities related to loan operations Ensure strong documentation and audit readiness EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
