Role Description Loan Operations within BCDAD is responsible for all documentation, funding, processing, accounting, and servicing of an agented, syndicated and bilateral commercial loan portfolio. Management and oversight of the day-to-day operations of all commercial loan transactions. The Loan Operations VP oversees and directs the people and processes that service the bank's agency, syndicated and bilateral loan portfolio. May act as head of department.
