Company Description ALMI Lending is a Miami-based real estate direct lender. Our team brings institutional expertise with over $20 billion of transactions across our careers, and the rigor and back-office discipline that comes with it. As a direct lender, we cover an unusually broad product set: Investment Residential Ground-up Construction, Fix & Flip, Bridge, and DSCR rentals Ultra-luxury residential bridge loans up to $30M Residential and commercial land Our originators can also leverage ALMI's capital advisory platform to place larger or more complex deals up to $200M, so you never have to turn a client away. Role Description We're adding an originator to the production team. This role is built for someone who wants to run their own book inside a platform with the capital, the programs, and the institutional-caliber operational backbone already in place. If you've been originating somewhere with a slow back office, weak capital, or a narrow product shelf that costs you deals, this is a different setup. Responsibilities A pipeline you run end-to-end, from first conversation to funded loan Outbound to investors, brokers, and referral partners as your primary growth engine Deal screening and structuring conversations across our full product shelf The borrower relationship, including the second, third, and fourth deal that follow A standard of communication and responsiveness that sets ALMI apart in the market Qualifications Prior experience originating private/hard money loans, mortgages, or selling into the real estate investor channel is a plus, but not required. We'll invest in training the right person. Capital markets and CRE backgrounds also welcome.
