We specialize in DSCR and investment property lending and pride ourselves on being: responsive relationship-driven fast-moving execution-focused We are looking for a highly organized, proactive person to help support and grow the operational side of the business. This is an opportunity to join early, work directly with one of the founders, and help build the systems and processes that support a growing lending company. About the Role This role combines loan processing borrower communication operational coordination workflow management systems organization You will play a key role in helping loan files move efficiently from approval to closing while ensuring borrowers have a smooth, professional experience throughout the process. This role starts part-time with a clear path toward full-time growth and increasing responsibility as the company expands. Responsibilities Loan Processing & Deal Coordination Organize and manage loan files from approval through closing Track outstanding conditions and required documentation Coordinate with borrowers, title companies, insurance agents, and third parties Help ensure loan files stay organized, accurate, and on schedule Keep transactions moving by managing timelines and follow-ups Borrower Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers after loan approval Provide updates and maintain consistent communication throughout the loan process Help create a smooth, professional borrower experience Construction Draw Coordination Help manage construction draw requests and timelines Coordinate communication regarding project progress and funding Assist in ensuring draws are processed accurately and efficiently Operations & Systems Help improve internal workflows and operational systems Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions Support CRM organization and process improvement What We’re Looking For Core Qualities Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and follow-through Proactive and dependable Comfortable managing multiple priorities Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems Positive attitude and strong work ethic Bonus Experience (Not Required) Mortgage, lending, title, escrow, or real estate experience Loan processing or transaction coordination Operations, project coordination, or office management Compensation & Growth $22–$30/hour depending on experience Part-time to start with flexible structure Clear path toward full-time growth Opportunity for increasing responsibility and leadership over time Performance-based bonus opportunities Why This Role Is Different Direct daily collaboration with one of the founders Opportunity to help build and shape operations from an early stage Entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment High-impact role inside a growing lending company To Apply Please send your resume a brief note about why this role interests you and any relevant lending, real estate, or operations experience to: Shelby Reed shelby@minnowloan.com Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
