Inpatient Rehabilitation Program Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Job Type W2 Contract-to-Hire Benefits : available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment Develop individualized treatment plans, including frequency and type of therapy Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers regarding deficits, rehabilitation goals, and adaptive equipment Assist with discharge planning and coordination of continued care/services Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and therapy technicians in accordance with practice standards and regulations Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy Michigan Occupational Therapist (OTR) License Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred Acute Care experience preferred New graduate candidates will be considered and trained A-Line Staffing Solutions is a trusted healthcare staffing partner connecting nurses, allied health professionals, and clinical support staff with top healthcare organizations across the United States.
