LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Concord, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty Physical Therapist Discipline Therapy Duration 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Job Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to residents. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care while working as part of a collaborative in-house rehab team. 60; Key Responsibilities Provide and direct physical therapy services using evidence-based practices Evaluate patients and develop effective treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and clinical staff Participate in patient/resident screenings as scheduled Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards Maintain billing records as required Attend meetings, trainings, and facility initiatives Travel to other locations as needed Requirements: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in older adult / geriatric rehabilitation Knowledge of skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehab settings Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards Why Join: In-house rehab team (stable work environment) Collaborative and supportive team Opportunities for growth across multiple care settings About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
