Core-Mark, a leading distributor in the North American convenience retail industry, is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Truck Driver to support our Transportation & Logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of food, beverage, tobacco, and related convenience retail products from our distribution facilities to retail customers. You will operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and Core-Mark safety standards, conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of freight using pallet jacks or similar equipment. This role requires consistent attention to detail when verifying orders against invoices, obtaining customer signatures, handling returns, and maintaining accurate delivery and route documentation using electronic logging devices and onboard routing systems. You will provide professional, courteous service to store managers and staff at every stop, representing Core-Mark’s customer-first culture while resolving basic delivery issues on the spot or coordinating with dispatch for solutions. In addition to driving duties, you may assist in rotating stock, placing products in designated areas, and handling temperature-sensitive items in accordance with food safety guidelines.
