Locksmith Technician - Mobile Service (Full-Time / Contract) Location:Fort Worth & surrounding areas Schedule:Flexible hours, on-call availability preferred Pay:Competitive commission-based pay (experience dependent) About the Role We are seeking a reliable, motivated Locksmith Technician to join our growing mobile locksmith operation.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values customer service, and wants consistent work with strong earning potential.You'll be dispatched to residential, commercial, and automotive jobs throughout the Fort Worth area, providing fast, professional, and ethical service.Responsibilities Respond to dispatched service calls in a timely and professional manner Perform residential lockouts, lock changes, rekeys, and hardware installs Handle automotive lockouts, key cutting, and key programming (experience preferred) Diagnose lock and key issues and provide clear solutions to customers Collect payments and properly document completed jobs Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle (if provided) Represent the company professionally at all times Requirements Previous locksmith experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and handling multiple jobs per day Preferred Experience Automotive key programming (Xhorse, Autel, etc.) Rekeying cylinders and installing deadbolts/knobs Experience with smart locks and access control Mobile service or field-based work experience Compensation & Perks Competitive commission split per job High call volume available Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow into higher-pay roles or leadership positions Equipment and vehicle options available for qualified techs Why Work With Us?
