Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Chester, SC Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: 5/18/2026 About the Position We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time locum tenens assignment providing anesthesia services in a non‑trauma hospital setting. This assignment is intended to backfill a full‑time position and is expected to extend beyond the initial 90‑day term . The position requires flexibility in both work location and scheduling , including potential cross‑credentialing within a 60‑mile radius to support coverage needs across the regional network. Schedule Details: Full‑time coverage required ( 3–4 weeks per month; no exceptions ) Flexible scheduling model: 5 x 8‑hour shifts , and/or 4 x 10‑hour shifts Day shifts only No call responsibilities The CRNA must be comfortable working independently as a sole provider and adapting to varying case mixes and workflows. Case Types Include: Orthopedics General surgery Endoscopy Procedural Skills Utilized: Ultrasound‑guided regional anesthesia (USGRA) Spinal anesthetics (SAB) Lower extremity blocks Central line placement Future involvement with SRNAs anticipated Requirements Current CRNA certification Active South Carolina CRNA license (required) Ability to function independently as a CRNA‑only provider Willingness to cross‑credential within a 60‑mile radius Must commit to full‑time coverage (3–4 weeks per month) Flexibility to work both 5x8 and 4x10 shift models Broad anesthesia skill set across inpatient surgical services Epic EMR experience preferred No trauma experience required Academic medical center experience not required Benefits Orientation hours are payable Malpractice coverage provided No call responsibilities Opportunity for assignment extension Credentialing support (approximately 90 days) Ongoing support from a dedicated account management team
