What You’ll Need Current NBCRNA certification and valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS credentials Full state licensing with no pending licensure requirements Extensive experience with adult anesthesia and a limited pediatric caseload Demonstrated competence in general surgery, neurosurgery, deep sedation/MAC, ventilation management, and regional anesthesia oversight Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, perioperative staff, and team members Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards Nice to Have: Prior experience in trauma or high-acuity settings Advanced skills in complex airway management or pediatric anesthesia Familiarity with Epic EMR documentation and quality improvement initiatives Additional certifications or training in advanced airway, pain management, or sedation techniques Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent anesthesia provider experience in a hospital or surgical center Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload including high-acuity cases Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours—no on-call or weekend shifts required Travel expenses such as mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rates; please note, accommodations, flights, and rental cars are not provided or reimbursed Estimated credentialing time of 90-120 days for licensing and approval processes Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment Embark on a fulfilling locum adventure with competitive hourly pay of $201, enjoy weekly pay via direct deposit, and benefit from comprehensive medical coverage, referral bonuses, and ongoing support from our dedicated team.
