Under direct supervision, collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to deliver outstanding perioperative care, manage ventilation, monitor neurological and respiratory status, and respond seamlessly to emergencies. Required Skills: Valid CRNA certification and state licensure Proven experience in general anesthesia administration Strong knowledge of airway management and ventilation support Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred) Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a team and follow supervision protocols Nice to Have Skills: Experience with neurosurgical anesthesia and spinal procedures Familiarity with trauma center operations Prior experience in a hospital-based surgical setting Preferred Education and Experience: Active state licensure as a CRNA At least one year of anesthesia experience in a surgical environment Previous exposure to neurosurgical cases is advantageous Other Requirements: Availability to start by May 5, 2026 Ability to work scheduled shifts Monday or Friday Must adhere to all hospital policies and safety standards Willingness to complete credentialing process (estimated 90-120 days) Reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses when applicable Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $184.25, weekly pay via direct deposit, and comprehensive benefits including paid sick time, medical coverage, and a robust referral bonus program.
