Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Minneapolis, MN Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Minneapolis, MN Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: 08/17/2026 – Ongoing Clinical Shift Schedule: 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts available; 6:30a – 3:00p, 6:30a – 5:00p, or 6:30a – 7:00p On-Call Shift Schedule: Optional beeper call including weeknight and weekend availability Call Type: Beeper (Optional) COVERAGE DATES Starting 08/17/2026 – Ongoing PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics (12+) Admissions: Yes Phone Consults: As clinically appropriate Case Mix: General anesthesia cases in a tertiary care facility; specialized surgical care; CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals FACILITY INFORMATION Trauma Level: Level III EMR System: Epic Office Equipment Available: Standard operating room and anesthesia equipment Specialty Backup Available: Anesthesia team and surgical specialties onsite Support Staff Available: Care Team Model 4:1 with 24-hour anesthesia aide department Reason for Coverage: Supplemental locum coverage PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90–120 days COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered per facility guidelines REQUIRED PROCEDURES Administration of general anesthesia Anesthesia management for surgical and procedural cases Perioperative anesthesia patient care JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active Minnesota license required Board: NBCRNA certification required Certifications: ACLS and BLS required Experience: Minimum 1 year CRNA experience required Other Qualifications: Epic experience required; candidate must reside greater than 50 miles from facility DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide anesthesia services within a supervised care team model Deliver anesthesia care for scheduled surgical procedures Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams Monitor patients throughout perioperative period Document anesthesia care and patient encounters in Epic EMR
