What You Need to Succeed: Valid MN Board of Nursing Registered Nurse and Nurse Anesthetist licenses ACLS/BLS Tier 2 certification upon hire Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adhere to strict safety protocols and standards Nice to Have: Experience with EMR systems, particularly Epic Interest in occasional overnight shifts, weekend, or weeknight call coverage Knowledge of specialized procedures (note that CRNAs do not perform blocks, A-lines, epidurals, or spinals) Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia preferred Proven clinical experience in a tertiary hospital environment Other Requirements: Must be at least 50 miles from Abbott Northwestern (MN is not a compact state) Willingness to commit to a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks per month initially and maintain at least 36 hours per week Credentialing timeframe of 90-120 days Availability for day shifts with 8, 10, or 12-hour options; some Saturday call available but not required This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $218.59, with additional earnings for overtime, holidays, and call hours.
