This assignment places CRNAs inside a high-performing anesthesia department supporting a Level II trauma center with a robust surgical program covering cardiac, orthopedic, general surgery, and major vascular procedures. Providers will work within a collaborative anesthesia care team model alongside anesthesiologists while supporting multiple operating rooms and procedural environments. Facility Overview Regional medical center serving Florida’s Gulf Coast 219 hospital beds 24 ICU beds Level II Trauma Center 11 anesthetizing locations This facility supports a busy surgical program serving Panama City and surrounding coastal communities. Clinical Case Mix CRNAs support a broad surgical program including: General Surgery Orthopedics Cardiac surgery Thoracic procedures Major vascular procedures Neurosurgery Trauma surgery Endoscopy Outpatient surgical cases Annual surgical volume includes: 5,800+ outpatient surgeries 1,300+ general surgery cases 1,500+ orthopedic procedures 170+ cardiac procedures This is a high-acuity surgical environment with diverse procedural exposure.
