Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI Employer: Rhino Medical Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin CRNA Locum Tenens Full-Scope Anesthesia • OB + Cardiac Exposure • Call Required • Ongoing Coverage Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists for a high-acuity, full-scope locum tenens opportunity in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This is a comprehensive anesthesia role offering exposure to a wide range of cases, including OB, cardiac, and regional anesthesia, within a collaborative and clinically robust hospital setting. Opportunity Snapshot Contract Type: Locum Tenens Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing Schedule Monday–Friday surgical coverage 7:00 AM start (arrival by 6:30 AM) Typical 8–9 hour days (must stay until cases are complete) Call Structure: Weeknight call: ~4:00 PM – 7:00 AM (pager-based) Weekend call: 24-hour call (Friday–Sunday rotation) Initial expectation: 2 weekday calls + every other weekend Progressing to: 2 weekday calls + every third weekend Call is solo , with multiple providers on rotation across specialties. Practice Environment Community hospital with 8–11 active ORs daily Additional GI procedural suites (inpatient and outpatient) ~14,000 total cases annually ~550 deliveries per year Care Model: Independent CRNA practice CRNAs perform their own regional blocks (UGRA) Limited supervision; physician support available as needed Team Composition: 9 anesthesiologists 2 CRNAs EMR: EPIC This is a clinically diverse, high-functioning anesthesia program with strong autonomy. Clinical Scope Full-scope anesthesia across all major service lines: General surgery Orthopedics and spine OB/GYN (including epidurals) Cardiac (exposure expected) Neuro Urology GI, IR, cath lab, EP Pediatrics Perform and manage: Regional anesthesia blocks Epidurals Airway management including complex cases Providers must be comfortable across a broad, high-acuity case mix .
