Essential Skills and Qualifications Valid state-certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license or certification Proven experience in anesthesia care, demonstrating clinical expertise Strong knowledge of anesthesia procedures, patient monitoring, and safety protocols Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with diverse anesthesia techniques and patient populations Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse patient community Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program Minimum of 2 years of recent anesthesia care experience Valid ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Other Requirements: Willingness to provide in-house coverage for 8-hour shifts, with options for 3, 4, or 5 days per week Ability to work flexible schedules, including variable shifts Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement support as applicable Ready to advance your career in a rewarding environment with excellent benefits and a dedicated team?
