Cardiac, Complete Ortho, OB, Pediatric, Regional & Thoracic. Required Procedures: General Anesthesia (Adult, Pediatric & Trauma), Spinal & Epidural Anesthesia Obstetrical Cases Trauma Level: III EMR: Epic Other Info: Medically supervised, care team model. CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main surgery dept; 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center; 2 GI treatment rooms; 1 Bronchoscopy room & 1 Cath lab. Temporary Privileges Available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active WA License or IMLC BC BLS, ACLS (Red Cross/AHA)
