Required Skills: Minimum of 3 years of anesthesia experience Proficiency in procedures such as epidurals, TAP blocks, VBAC/TOLAC, spinal, and peripheral blocks Strong OB experience, including VBAC/TOLAC Ability to handle both supervised and unsupervised care models Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making capabilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to respond to beeper calls within 30 minutes Nice to Have Skills: Pediatric anesthesia experience ENT procedures familiarity Certifications such as TEE or cardiac experience (not required) Preferred Education and Experience: Active MN RN license and CRNA certification At least 3 years of recent anesthesia practice in hospital settings Experience with weekend and evening call shifts Other Requirements: Ability to float between facilities approximately 20 minutes apart Comfortable with supervised care at Owatonna and unsupervised at Faribault Flexibility to work varied shifts: 8- or 10-hour days, including weekends and evenings Willingness to participate in ongoing on-call rotations, including overnights and weekends Must hold valid licensure and certifications, with reimbursement for necessary travel and related expenses This is a unique opportunity to advance your career while enjoying a competitive pay rate of $218.59 per hour.
