We are seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide top-tier anesthesia care within a diverse and busy surgical facility. Required Skills: Valid and current CRNA certification and licensure in the state Proven experience in general anesthesia administration across multiple surgical disciplines Strong understanding of anesthesia protocols, patient monitoring, and emergency procedures Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Ability to work independently and handle a high-volume surgical schedule Nice to Have Skills: Experience supporting robotic and minimally invasive procedures Familiarity with pediatric anesthesia and regional techniques Bilingual abilities or additional language skills Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field Minimum of 2+ years of clinical anesthesia experience in a fast-paced surgical environment Experience supporting multiple operating rooms and diverse case types Other Requirements: Ability to work the scheduled day shifts (5x12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00) Commitment to maintaining current certifications and continuing education Willingness to support a medically supervised, team-based care model Competitive hourly pay rate of $212.67, with weekly pay via direct deposit, and comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
