York Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our esteemed anesthesia team. What You’ll Do Deliver safe, effective anesthesia care for a wide variety of surgical and procedural patients, from neonates to geriatrics. Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Work in a medically directed, model-based setting, maintaining a 1:3 maximum patient-to-provider ratio. Participate in complex cases including trauma, neuro, spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, pediatrics, plastics, orthopedics, and robotic procedures. Administer epidurals and regional anesthesia independently; perform MAC, GETA, spinal, and US-guided techniques. Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management. What We Require: Current PA license and Board Certification as a CRNA. Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred. Valid ACLS and PALS certifications. Strong proficiency in GETA, MAC, regional, spinal, and US techniques. Ability to work scheduled daytime shifts (Monday - Friday, four 10-hour days, 07:00 – 17:00). Commitment to delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Nice to Have: Prior experience in trauma, neuro, or high-acuity settings. Additional certifications in advanced airway management or regional anesthesia techniques. Familiarity with Epic EMR systems. Preferred Education & Experience: Graduate-level education from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program. At least 2 years of recent experience practicing as a CRNA in a hospital environment. Additional Requirements: No on-call or overtime required. Credentialing process to be completed within 90 days; expedited options available with leadership approval. Must hold current licensure in Pennsylvania and comply with all hospital and state regulations. Travel and licensure reimbursements available where applicable.
