Required Skills Active California Nurse Anesthetist license and CA DEA certification Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Proven experience in providing anesthesia in surgical settings Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience working in outpatient or ambulatory surgery centers Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Additional certifications or specialized anesthesia training Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication Preferred Education and Experience: Master's or higher degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program At least 2 years of recent clinical experience as a CRNA Demonstrated competency in delivering anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures Clear explanation of any employment gaps exceeding three months Other Requirements: Availability to cover at least two weeks or more per month, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm Willingness to adhere to travel and documentation requirements outlined in the assignment Commitment to maintaining required privileges and timely documentation, including case logs and hospital affiliations Ensuring all licensure, certifications, and hospital privileges are up-to-date and available prior to start date This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career while enjoying competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team committed to your success.
