We are seeking a dedicated Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Emergency Medicine to provide high-quality urgent care services in Ahoskie, NC, near Raleigh. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting, ensuring accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute medical conditions. Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages, including triage, stabilization, and treatment of emergent conditions. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal outcomes. Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records and maintain detailed medical records. Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Respond promptly to urgent situations and coordinate with specialty services as needed. Skills and Qualifications: MD or DO degree, active medical license, ACLS and BLS certification, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
