We are seeking a dedicated Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Hospitalist to provide high-quality inpatient care in Oxford, MS. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing acutely ill hospitalized patients, performing comprehensive patient assessments, and developing effective treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Respond promptly to patient needs and collaborate with nursing staff and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatments accordingly. Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds and ensure effective communication across teams. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses and treatment options.
