Locum Tenens – OB/GYN NP/PA Kaiser Permanente – Fontana, CA Assignment Overview Kaiser Permanente Fontana is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full‑time outpatient OB/GYN coverage. This role is clinic‑only , with a strong focus on GYN care , no call, and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Ideal for an APP who is comfortable managing high‑volume women’s health visits and can start ASAP. Start: ASAP (credentialing dependent) Duration: 3 months with strong potential for extension Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30a–5:00p Setting: 100% Outpatient OB/GYN Clinic Location: Fontana, CA EMR: EPIC (Kaiser HealthConnect) Compensation Hourly Rate: $130-$140 Clinical Scope & Duties Outpatient OB/GYN clinic visits Strong GYN‑focused patient panel Routine women’s health, follow‑ups, consults, chronic GYN conditions No procedures required No call, no weekends, no inpatient responsibilities Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, RNs, and support staff Required Qualifications Active California NP or PA license OB/GYN or Women’s Health experience required Comfortable working independently in a busy outpatient clinic EPIC experience preferred Clean malpractice preferred Support Staff OB/GYN physicians RNs Medical Assistants Clinic leadership Ideal Candidate Strong GYN background Reliable and able to commit to the full assignment Comfortable in a fast‑paced Kaiser outpatient environment Pay: $130.00 - $140.00 per hour Work Location: In person
