We are seeking a highly skilled Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Clifton Springs, supporting the GYN Genesee Valley Dermatology clinic. Required Skills Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license in hand Board certification in dermatology or primary care with dermatology experience Minimum of 3 years of recent, relevant clinical experience Proven proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system Excellent patient communication and clinical assessment skills Ability to manage a patient load of 25-35 patients per day efficiently Strong teamwork and collaboration skills BLS certification is required Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience supporting dermatology clinics Experience with chart review and documentation Knowledge of dermatologic procedures and treatments Flexibility in scheduling and digital adaptability Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher At least 3 years of dermatology or specialty outpatient experience Familiarity with clinic operations and multi-provider support Other Requirements: Ability to work M-F, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with flexible scheduling options Support staff (LPN, RN, MA) ratio of 1 per 12 patients Must demonstrate clean work history with no gaps exceeding 30 days If applicable, provide malpractice information and any previous employment dismissals Willingness to support Clifton Springs primarily, with potential float support to RGH GVN Dermatology Starting on July 20, 2026, this position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $98.49, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team dedicated to your professional success.
