ALL Candidates will be cross-credentialed at LewisGale Christiansburg ER & LewisGale Hospital-Montgomery. NPPA Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant program. Active unrestricted VA NP license and DEA w/VA address. NP-AANP or ANCC certified, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS. Documentation of case logs for past 2 years. Proof of completed CMEs for the last two years. NP Malpractice $2.7M-8.1M Increases every July PA - Active certification through NCCPA. ACLS, ATLS, and PALs. Documentation of case logs for past two years.
