Nurse Practitioner | Family Practice Location: Susanville, CA Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Quick Facts Specialty: General Medicine NP Location: California Susanville, Crescent City, Eureka Ft Irwin, Sonora, Atascadero Service Setting: Outpatient Reason For Coverage: Supplemental Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinical only Shift Coverage: Compensation & Pension Exam, Separation Health Assessments Shift Schedule: PRN (as needed basis) Half day (4 hrs) Full day (8 hrs) Office Required: - Susanville: 1 day/week Crescent City: 2 days/week Ft Irwin: 1 day/week Sonora: 1 day/week Per Diem: within 50 mile radius Eureka, Victorville, Ridgecrest: 1 day/week Ukiah: 2 days/week• Duties: Perform exams; primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing. No prescribing, no treatment Malpractice Insurance Covered Requirements: Active CA license ANNP Own personal laptop (No MACs/Apple) DMA Certification or willing to obtain Provider must have their own office Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular Must be within 50 miles of location NPDB Report
