Nurse Practitioner | Family Practice Location: Texas Employer: Elite365 Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A well-established FQHC in North Houston is seeking an experienced NP to join a collaborative, team-based outpatient primary care setting serving a culturally diverse community: Full-spectrum outpatient primary care Treat both pediatric and adult patients Management of acute, chronic, and complex conditions Preventive care & immunizations Uncomplicated prenatal care Minor in-office procedures (EKGs, injections, venipuncture, screenings, etc.) Patient education & care coordination EMR documentation completed within 48 hours Participation in quality improvement initiatives Requirements Nurse Practitioner Active Texas License Active DEA Minimum 3 years of experience preferred Must be comfortable seeing both pediatrics and adults Community health / FQHC experience preferred Bilingual (Spanish) Comfortable working in a culturally diverse, community health environment Must comply with FQHC regulations and Texas reporting laws
