Assignment Overview Location: Hanford, California Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Setting: Onsite Employee Health / Primary Care Clinic Contract Type: Locum Tenens Coverage Dates April 30, 2026 – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM May 1, 2026 – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM May 4, 2026 – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM May 5, 2026 – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM May 6, 2026 – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM May 7, 2026 – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM May 8, 2026 – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Lunch breaks: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for 9–6 shifts 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM for 7–4 shifts Practice Environment Onsite clinic serving county employees only. This clinic provides scheduled primary care visits in a calm, organized outpatient environment. Providers typically see 5–10 patients per day . Visits include routine primary care needs, wellness evaluations, and minor medical concerns. The provider may practice independently within the clinic , supported by experienced administrative staff.
