We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality surgical care in a busy healthcare setting located in Central Ohio, Columbus. The successful candidate will collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Perform pre-operative evaluations, post-operative follow-ups, and manage surgical patients' ongoing care. Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment strategies. Assist in surgical procedures and provide patient education regarding procedures, recovery, and follow-up care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate seamless care delivery. Required skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner and valid Ohio licensure are essential.
